Key Positions and Compensation
The RDIF is seeking high-level professionals for various leadership and operational roles with highly competitive fixed annual compensation:
Eligibility Criteria
Executive Director: Requires a Bachelor’s in technology/engineering or a Master’s in science, economics, or finance with at least 20 years of professional leadership experience in the technology or investment sectors.
Directors (Investment/Finance): Require at least 15 years of relevant experience in structured technology investment or financial management.
Age Limits: Candidates should generally not exceed 60 years for the Executive Director role and 55 years for Director roles.
